SMS Privacy Policy

Program scope

This policy applies only to low-volume, one-to-one conversational text messages sent by an individual Ternion Security employee to a person who voluntarily requests early access, asks a product question, or requests an introductory call or pilot discussion.

Mobile information protection

Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile carriers and platform providers may process mobile information solely as necessary to transmit and deliver messages requested by the recipient. They may never use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
